Through these experiences, I gradually developed a passion for creating initiatives to positively impact society. In January 2024, I founded and became the President of the Future Project, a physics club with a mission to support underprivileged children and inspire a love for science. One of the reasons I chose Phong Minh School in Bac Giang is because it's my parents' hometown. Over time, I've developed a deep connection with this place and want to contribute to its progress and development. Educating the new generation is the best way to achieve this goal. The Future Project is a physics club with a mission to support underprivileged children and spark their interest in science - a subject often overlooked in underserved areas.

Initially, the idea was to visit, interact, and provide charity. However, through our preliminary visits, I had the chance to talk with the students at the school. Their heartfelt stories left a deep impression, but one recurring thought they shared struck me: "We'll never be like you." This mindset startled me, making me realize that, at times, material donations alone might be "meaningless" if they only address physical needs while neglecting emotional support.

After further discussions with the principal and teachers, I realized the students needed more enriching experiences, not just empty lessons or material gifts but genuine opportunities to understand the world and expand their perspectives. Staying true to our original goal of inspiring a love for science in students, we not only donated books and supplies but also invested time in planning and organizing 20 hands-on experiments to ignite their curiosity and passion for learning. The program also included educational segments on compassion, delivered through stories and plays performed by teachers and residents.

I led a dedicated team of 5 members who worked alongside 38 participants, and together, we held an event called "Igniting Passion - Awakening Dreams." We successfully raised over 50,000,000 VND. This funding went towards purchasing 100 sets of textbooks and 700 notebooks and establishing a library containing more than 190 book titles for the students at Phong Minh Elementary and Middle School in Bac Giang.

As the project’s leader, I was responsible for designing the physics lesson plans, focusing on hands-on experiments that would captivate young minds. I ensured that each lesson was accurate, safe, and engaging, tailoring the content to inspire curiosity and excitement among the students. Beyond lesson planning, I coordinated the overall preparation for the program, including reaching out to relevant stakeholders to draft a comprehensive event framework, selecting books for the gift library, crafting promotional content for the event, recruiting additional team members, and securing sponsorships to support the initiative. These responsibilities had a profound impact on me, shaping not only my organizational and leadership skills but also my perspective on the transformative power of education. Most importantly, seeing the students’ curiosity and joy reminded me of why I embarked on this journey: to make science accessible and ignite a lifelong passion for learning in others.

Celebrate Mid-Autumn With Disabilities Children

In the early summer of 2024, while surveying Phong Minh Primary and Secondary School and observing the lives of residents and students in Phong Minh commune, I encountered several cases of students facing poverty, hardship, and disabilities. One image that has haunted me since that visit is of a first-grader who had lost both legs below the knees due to a severe illness. Despite the family's exhausting efforts and financial struggles to seek treatment, their child could not be cured. I couldn't help but be struck by the contrast between an old photograph of this intelligent, lively child at age two, standing tall and smiling brightly with both legs intact, and the shy, fearful child in front of me - withdrawn, self-conscious, avoiding strangers, and reluctant to attend school, choosing instead to stay within the dim, cramped home of a low-income, mountainous household.

This experience led me to discuss organizing a program for children with disabilities with my friends on the Future Project team. We decided to hold an event called "Mid-Autumn Celebration" for over 100 students at the Thanh Tri-School for Disabled Children in Hanoi. The program was a heartfelt gesture from us to these students as we organized traditional childhood games, guided them in making colorful lanterns by hand, distributed gifts, shared festive treats, and sang joyful Mid-Autumn songs together.

Through this celebration, we came to understand just how fortunate we are. We wanted to share with these less fortunate children in the hope of giving them a joyful, memorable piece of childhood filled with warmth and happiness
